DreamGetaway is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that occur during trips. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers and are not liable for their actions. Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.
5. Health and Safety
Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements prior to booking. DreamGetaway will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee all requirements will be met.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including itineraries and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of DreamGetaway and may not be reproduced without our consent.
